Improvements in health, education and trade are essential for the development of poorer nations. However, the government of richer nations should take more responsibility for helping the poorer nations in such areas.

To What extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Development gap between richer and poorer nations becomes big issue in economic studies. However, responsibility of richer nations for helping people in poorer nations is urged by world community because poorer nations have provided and supported richer nations to get more wealth.

It is true that countries in developing area such us Asia and Africa have huge row materials that needed by industry in many developed countries like in Europe, for example. At the last circle of industrial process, many of developed countries produce sophisticated products and more valuable to sell all around the world including developing or poorer nations. Furthermore, international relation among all countries whether poorer or richer countries must be done in increasing benefits for them in fairness principal. The trade, for instance, should be run in fair, so people in poorer countries would get more money and resources when they sell row materials in exporting trade.

However, in my opinion, taking responsibility from richer to poorer nations is about saving humanity. Sometimes, many evidences emerged in poorer nation that terrible such us starvation even a war. Economic distribution becomes main effort to solve these problems in long term period. In addition, we also met education in poorer nations which is lack of resources especially in providing good school and educational system. In this case, wealthier nations should give more attention about education in poorer nations because education in many areas of the world plays more important role to transform poorer nations becoming richer nations.

In conclusion, richer nations clearly have big responsibility to help poorer nations in many areas. Economic distribution in all around the world could be done especially by wealthier nation, and one of important efforts is providing good education in many poorer nations (290 words)
